JAKARTA - The 40th anniversary of Mangkunegara IX is planned to take place on Monday, September 20.

Menur, the daughter of the late Mangkunegara IX apparently could not attend the event.

To VOI, Saturday, Menur revealed his reason for not being able to attend.
