Jay-Z Purchases Newspaper Advertising Column To Help Black Business

JAKARTA - Rapper Jay-Z purchased a number of advertising columns in national newspapers to support black businesses in the United States. He uses the column to promote black business from products to services.

On July 6, the Twitter account @JAY_Z_Daily uploaded his idol's contribution by filling in the ad column with the call for Black Lives Matter. The newspapers that are filled include The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Denver Post, The Chicago Tribune, and many others.

Not just a promotion, Beyonce's husband also hopes that the public can use the services they offer. Because it is not only about identity, the quality offered by black businesses is also competitive.

In addition to promoting business, Jay-Z uses advertising columns as an act of supporting Black Lives Matter which is being voiced for some time in the United States.

In this case, Jay-Z was assisted by Roc Nation, the record label company that was behind Jay-Z's activities. The company that houses Jay Park and Rihanna is also committed to supporting the business of black people.

Previously, Jay-Z took over newspaper advertisements in dedication to the late George Floyd. The call of Black Lives Matter echoed and Jay-Z stated that he would never accept what happened to Floyd.

The Empire State of Mind singer also filed an open letter to police in Milwaukee firing Joseph Mensah who shot and killed Alvin Cole, Antonio Gonzales and Jay Anderson in recent years.
