KPK Explores Giving Goods To Perumda Sarana Jaya Development Related To Land Procurement Munjul
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the distribution of goods from PT Adonara Propertindo to a number of parties at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.
This deepening was carried out by summoning the Senior Manager of the Finance and Accounting Division of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Mohamad Wahyudi Hidayat on Wednesday, September 15 yesterday.
He was examined as a witness for the suspect Yoory Corneles who was a former director of a company owned by the area.
"The person concerned was present and confirmed, among other things, by the suspicion of giving in kind from PT AP to certain parties at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya," Acting Spokesperson for Enforcement Affairs Ali Fikri told reporters, Thursday, September 16. In this case, The KPK has named four suspects, namely Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar.
In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.
This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.
As a result of this alleged corruption, the state is estimated to have lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
