JAKARTA - Taqy Malik's father appeared and gave direct clarification regarding Marlina Oktoria's statement. There are several points that were emphasized by Mansyardin Malik when talking to the media. He acknowledged the existence of a series of marriages but divorced on 6 September.
"He asked for a divorce from me. Before that he had asked me to separate for a long time," said Mansyardin, quoted from the Intense Investigation YouTube channel, Thursday, September 16.
Mansyardin Malik again denied the allegations of sexual deviation. "So, I strongly deny the accusation. I am surprised how come there is a medical record even though we have been separated for more than two weeks," he said.
Asked by the media whether he dared to take the pocong oath to prove the truth, Taqy Malik's father answered firmly. "I dare (pocong oath). It's not true at all. I know it's haram. (I'm) Normal, have religion, rules and limits in religion. Everyone knows," he added.
