Bobby Nasution Supported By GP Ansor Medan To Realize Independent Mosque Program

MEDAN - The independent mosque program initiated by the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution received full support, including the Ansor Youth Movement (GP) of Medan City.

Through this program, the mosque is not only a place of worship but also a center of civilization and the economic center of the people. In the city of Medan, there are 1,115 mosques

"If all mosques can be empowered, God willing, they can support the congregation's economy through various community economic activities so that later the congregation and the mosque will be more prosperous," said Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution, quoted from a written statement from the Medan City Government Kominfo Service, Tuesday, September 14.

This was conveyed by Bobby Nasution when receiving an audience for the Medan City Ansor GP at the Medan City Hall.

According to Bobby Nasution, the Medan City Government cannot work alone to realize the entire program. Therefore, Bobby told the Chairman of the Ansor GP Medan Husein Tanjung and other administrators to support the independent mosque program.

Whatever program can be collaborated on, said Bobby Nasution, it must be realized. This is because the purpose and spirit of collaboration carried by the Medan City Government, namely the Medan Berkah Collaboration, aims to provide goodness and for the sake of the community.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Medan City Ansor GP Husein Tanjung said that they came to stay in touch with the Mayor and at the same time introduce the new management structure of the Medan City Ansor GP.

GP Ansor hopes that the Mayor of Medan, Bobby Nasution, can provide input and direction that will inspire the organization to grow.

GP Ansor also emphasized that Husein Tanjung is ready to support the success of the Mandiri Mosque program. GP Ansor, continued Husein Tanjung, will help the Medan City Government in carrying out programs that are run through the synergy that has been built.
