10,724 Poor Residents In Mukomuko Smile, Receive Non -Cash Food Aid
MUKOMUKO - A total of 10,724 poor families in Mukomuko received non-cash food assistance (BPNT) benefits. This number increased compared to the previous 9,524 families.
"From July 2021 until now, 10,724 poor families in this area have received BPNT, an increase of 1,200 families compared to before," said the Head of Social Empowerment and Handling of the Poor at the Mukomuko Regency Social Service, Sanusi, in Mukomuko, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, September 14.
He said that as many as 10,724 families belonging to the economically poor in this area received the benefits of the non-cash food aid based on data from Bank Mandiri.
However, of the 10,724 families belonging to the economically poor in this area who received the BPNT, there are still a small number of families who have not received the assistance.
"Some of the poor families who have not received the non-cash food assistance are from additional families who have just received assistance or from 1,200 families," he said.
He said that there were still some families who were designated as recipients of this seed assistance who had not yet received the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) because they were not there. In addition, there were recipients who changed addresses, making BPNT program facilitators need time to find new addresses for recipient families. this help.
"BPNT program assistants in each region will visit each family listed as recipients, then they will take their own card at Bank Mandiri," he said.
Each family receiving this non-cash food aid gets Rp. 200 thousand to buy various basic needs at electronic stalls provided in their respective areas.
He stated that this BPNT was in the form of goods, not money. Residents were given a shopping voucher of Rp. 200,000 to buy their various needs.
