KPK Summons Manager Of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Regarding Allegations Of Land Corruption In Munjul

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled the examination of three witnesses in the alleged corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta, today, Tuesday, September 14.

The three witnesses were the Manager of the Procurement Service Unit of the Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Indra Sukomono Arharrys; Junior Manager of the Land Division of Perumda Sarana Jaya I Gede Aldi Pradana; and an employee of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, namely Supriyadi.

"The three of them were examined as witnesses in a corruption crime related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon in 2019 with the suspect YRC," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, September 14.

YRC or Yoory Corneles is the former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya who is a suspect in this case. However, it is not yet known what examination materials will be investigated by the witnesses by investigators.

As previously reported, the anti-corruption commission has named four suspects, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar.

In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.

This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.

As a result of this alleged corruption, the state is estimated to have lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
