Denpasar Satpol PP Acts On Angkringan Stalls Holds Live Music Violating PPKM
DENPASAR - The Civil Service Police Unit of Denpasar City, Bali took action against two angkringan stall businesses for violating the PPKM level 4.
Head of Denpasar City Satpol PP I Dewa Gede Anom Sayoga said that the initial control was carried out based on public complaints.
The two angkringan stall businesses are located on Jalan Tukad Barito because they were found to have violated and held live music.
"The two angkringan violated by holding 'live music', and violated the operating hours according to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 34 of 2021 concerning Provisions for PPKM Level I, II, III and IV," he said, quoted by Antara, Friday, September 10.
Dewa Sayoga explained that the two business owners had also complied with the summons of the Denpasar City Satpol PP so that at this time both of them were still under surveillance.
"We are not selective, we will act on those who violate them and the two businesses that violate have pleaded guilty, so we give warnings, and are operationally under surveillance. If they are found to be violating again, we will take strict action according to the applicable rules," said Dewa Sayoga.
