Haris Azhar Makes Sure Rocky Gerung Is The Legal Owner Of His Land In Sentul City
BOGOR – Rocky Gerung's attorney, Haris Azhar, said his client rejected the subpoena filed by PT Sentul City Tbk for land ownership in Bojong Koneng, Bogor Regency. Haris said, Rocky has been the legal owner of land and buildings in Bogor since 2009.
"Our client has been the physical owner since 2009 of the land and building having its address at Block 026 Kampung Gunung Batu RT 02 RW 11, Bojong Koneng Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency, land area of 800 square meters," Haris said in a copy of the letter to the office. Bogor Regency Land Affairs dated September 6, 2021.
Haris explained that the origin of the land and buildings had been controlled by Andi Junaedi since 1960. Then, the land and the building have been owned by Rocky since 2009 through a statement of transfer of cultivation.
Haris also stated that the transfer of ownership was recorded in Bojong Koneng Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency with number 592/VI/2009. In fact, Haris said, Rocky had a non-dispute certificate signed by the village head of Bojong Koneng.
It is known, Sentul City claimed the land and buildings occupied by Rocky Gerung belonged to the company in 2021. This was in accordance with SHGB Numbers 2411 and 2412.
"And give a warning to our clients and other citizens who are proper and legal owners and or cultivators," Haris said, quoting CNN, Friday, September 10.
In the summons, Haris said Sentul City asked Rocky to leave his own house within 7x24 hours. If not, then Sentul City will ask for the help of the Civil Service Police Unit to tear down and bring order to the buildings in the area.
PT Sentul City Tbk through Sentul City's Head of Corporate Communication David Rizar Nugroho, has sent three subpoenas this year. Third, the subpoena numbered 331/SC-Land/VIII dated August 12, 2021.
"The basis for the subpoena is because Sentul City is the legal right holder to the land parcels certified by SHGB Number B 2412 and 2411 Bojong Koneng, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency," said David.
