Top! Task Force Confiscates Tens Of Thousands Of Meters Of BLBI Evasion Assets In Strategic Locations In Jakarta
JAKARTA - The BLBI Funds State Collection Task Force (BLBI Task Force) has again succeeded in exercising physical control over two parcels of land and buildings covering an area of tens of thousands of square meters in Jakarta.
Director of Law and Public Relations of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance Tri Wahyuningsih Retno Mulyani said this success was marked by the installation of security signs at each location.
"This is a series of strategies, programs and activities to return collection rights to the state by collecting obligors/debtors and handling property assets that are carried out in stages and measurably," he said in a press statement on Thursday, September 9.
In detail, Tri explained a pair of assets confiscated by the state. First, assets located on Jalan KH Mas Mansyur, Karet Tengsin, Central Jakarta covering an area of 26,928.97 square meters with ownership documents in the form of certificates and non-certificates.
The asset was recorded as a former IBRA property originating from the Foreclosed Guarantee Goods (BJDA) of the debtor PT Sinar Bonana Jaya (PT SBJ) former Bank Yakin Makmur (Bank Yama) based on the Deed of Release of Land Rights (APHAT) No. 31 dated November 13, 1997.
Second, one (one) parcel of land according to SHGB Number 7159/Kel. Pondok Pinang (formerly SHGB Number 489/Pondok Pinang) with an area of 2,020 m2 located at Jalan Gedung Hijau Raya Kav.1/Th-1 No. 63, South Jakarta. Recorded as property assets of ex IBRA originating from Collateral Takeover of ex-Debtor of Universal Metal Work, ex-Bank Unibank.
“The two ex-BLBI property assets above have become state property, but so far they have been controlled by third parties, so physical control is required through the installation of control signs and supervision by the BLBI Task Force. After this control, the Government will carry out further management in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.
Meanwhile, the installation of security signs on the assets was carried out by the Head of the BLBI Task Force Rionald Silaban and attended by representatives from the State Intelligence Agency, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, Attorney General's Office, Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR). /BPN) and the Indonesian National Police.
Previously, on August 27, 2021, physical control was carried out through the installation of the first phase of signposts over 49 plots of land covering an area of 5,291,200 square meters located in Medan, Pekanbaru, Tangerang and Bogor.
"For the next stage, the BLBI Task Force has planned an action to control and supervise the assets of the former BLBI over 1,677 plots of land with a total area of around 15.81 million square meters spread across various cities/regencies in Indonesia," he concluded.
