Quarrel In The Orange Gardens, Banyuwangi Men Persecute Neighbors To Beaten Up
BANYUWANGI - Immersed in emotion after an argument, MAB (24), a resident of Kebondalem Village, Banyuwangi, persecuted his neighbor. The victim, Pujiono, was beaten to a pulp.
Bangorejo Police Chief AKP Mujiono said this incident occurred on Saturday, September 3. The two bickered in the citrus orchard area. Out of emotion, the suspect pushed the victim to the ground.
"Because the victim was still grumbling, the suspect's emotions were getting unstoppable, the suspect then beat the victim right in the face area until he was bruised. The victim fled and was chased by the suspect while carrying a brick nearby and intending to hit the victim," said the AKP Police Chief. Mujiono, Thursday, September 9th.
Not accepting, the victim then reported the incident to the Bangorejo Police. The police then conducted an investigation and arrested the suspect.
"After being interrogated, the suspect admitted his actions. We will use two bricks as evidence," said AKP Mujiono.
Currently, Mujiono is being detained by the police. He was charged with Article 351 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code regarding persecution.
