Tourist Attractions In The Bromo Tengger Semeru Probolinggo Area Start To Open
PROBOLINGGO - Several tourist attractions in the Bromo Tengger Semeru area in Probolinggo Regency, East Java began to open, Thursday, September 9.
"The Probolinggo Regency tourism destination, starting on September 9, 2021, will be opened while still implementing strict health protocols," said Acting Regent of Probolinggo Timbul Prihanjoko, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, September 8.
The opening of the tourist attraction must be followed by strict health protocols for both officers who are at tourist attractions and tourists who come there, then they must also have been vaccinated against COVID-19 as proven through the PeduliLindung application.
"The number of tourist attraction visitors is also limited to 25 percent of the total capacity of the tourist area to maintain control of COVID-19," he said.
Timbul explained that his party reminded the public not to be euphoric because the threat of attacks and new variants of the Corona virus still persists.
"Keep in mind the 4 spearheads in fighting the pandemic, namely the health protocol with 5 M, Tracing Testing and treatment (3T), vaccination for everyone and health services," he said.
Several tourist attractions that will be reopened in Probolinggo Regency include the Mount Bromo tourist area (Seruni Point and Mentigen View, Tengger traditional house) in Sukapura District, P30 Pundak Lembu Tour, Wonokerso Village in Sumber District, Madakaripura Waterfall area in Lumbang District.
Then tour Tirta Ageng, Kampung Madu, and Puncaksari Gunung Kembang in Lumbang District, Bahak Beach in Tongas District, and Bentar Beach in Gending District.
The policy of opening tourist attractions in a number of areas that are included in PPKM level 2 refers to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs (Inmendagri) Number 39 of 2021.
