Police Arrest Killer Of Female Cafe Worker In Indramayu, Motive Is Hurt Ridiculous

INDRAMAYU - The Satreskrim team of the Indramayu Police, West Java, has uncovered the murder case of a cafe worker. The perpetrator was ridiculed by the victim.

"We uncovered this murder case in less than 24 hours," said Indramayu Police Chief AKBP M. Lukman Syarif, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, September 8.

Lukman said the suspect arrested with the initials KSN is a resident of Indramayu Regency, and a close friend of the victim.

According to him, the murder was motivated by the suspect's hurt, where when he was alone in a room, the victim cursed the suspect.

"This suspect was hurt after being cursed by the victim and then immediately strangled," said the Police Chief.

In addition to killing the victim, the suspect also took some of the victim's belongings, including a motorcycle, cell phone, jewelry and gold.

The suspect, said Lukman, was arrested when he was about to flee outside the area on Wednesday, September 8 at around 05.30 WIB. Meanwhile, the case was revealed on Tuesday, September 7 after the discovery of a body in the boarding house.

As a result of his actions, the suspect is subject to Article 338 of the Criminal Code and 365 of the Criminal Code with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years.

"Currently, the suspect and evidence have been secured at the Indramayu Police Headquarters for further investigation," he said.
