Fugitive Killer Of Mobile Ice Seller In Banjar, South Kalimantan Whose Body Was Buried In The Forest Is Arrested
BANJARMASIN - The South Kalimantan Regional Police team has arrested a fugitive for the murder of a mobile ice seller in Paramasan District, Banjar Regency.
"Five perpetrators were arrested in separate locations in Teranking Hamlet and Pematang Lahung Hamlet in Paramasan District today," said Head of Sub-Directorate of Jatanras 3, Directorate of General Crime Investigation of the South Kalimantan Police AKBP Andy Rahmansyah, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, September 7
The five perpetrators consisted of three main actors with the initials JN (20), AR (15) and AD (14) and MU (32) as parents of AD, and WA (30) parents from AR whose role was to help bury the victim Sukirman (54).
The murder occurred when the three perpetrators pretended to buy ice from the victim. When the victim was caught off guard, the perpetrator immediately attacked with a sharp weapon until the victim died with several stab wounds.
For his actions, the suspects each received Rp. 250,000 from the victim.
After the incident, the three asked their parents for help in burying the victim in the forest around the scene.
The perpetrator also tried to eliminate evidence in the form of a motorcycle belonging to the victim by dumping it in a separate place in the forest.
The five of them are now being held at the Banjar Police Station and charged with Article 338 and/or Article 365 of the Criminal Code concerning the Crime of Murder and/or Theft with Violence.
