JCI Closed On Monday, Slightly Higher 0.30 Percent To 4,988.87 Level

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed higher on Monday, July 6 trading. JCI closed slightly higher 0.30 percent or 15.07 points to 4,988.87 levels.

Closing the trade, 226 stocks rose, 185 stocks fell, and 158 stocks remained unchanged. The trading volume was recorded at 8.17 billion shares and was transacted for IDR 6.64 trillion.

Reference indexes, including the LQ45 also rose 0.56 percent, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) rose 0.39 percent, and the IDX30 gained 0.51 percent. Foreign investors recorded net sales of IDR134.86 billion today.

This afternoon, stocks that were among the top gainers, including PT Bank BRIsyariah Tbk (BRIS) which rose 24.53 percent to Rp396, PT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY) which rose 24.42 percent to Rp107, and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk (AGRO), which strengthened 20.80 percent to IDR151.

Meanwhile, stocks that are in the top losers ranks, including PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) which weakened 3.92 percent to IDR98, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) which weakened 3.67 percent to IDR525, and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (BJBR) which weakened 2.96 percent to Rp820.
