DKI DPRD Enters 6 Provinces With LHKPN Submission Score Below 75 Percent, KPK: This Is Shocking

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that there were 6 Provincial Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) whose submission of the State Organizing Assets Report (LHKPN) was still below 75 percent.

Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Pahala Nainggolan said that these 6 provincial DPRD even have good internet access and even adequate human resources (HR) for reporting. However, in fact the wealth reports of these legislators are still below the minimum number.

"I read it not to embarrass, just a reminder. That 6 provincial DPRDs are still below 75 percent. In theory, these six DPRDs are in big cities with good internet networks, relatively available human resources," said Pahala in an online discussion that was broadcast. on the KPK RI YouTube, Tuesday, September 7th.

The six Provincial DPRDs are West Papua with 53 percent, Aceh with 53 percent, West Kalimantan with 58 percent, Central Sulawesi with 60 percent, DKI Jakarta with 62 percent, and Papua with 75 percent.

"This surprised us that DKI Jakarta is only 62 percent (reporting the LHKPN, ed)," said Pahala.

Seeing these conditions, he asked the public to help encourage legislators who sit in the provincial DPRD to report their assets.

"Please constituents encourage their factions to participate in encouraging compliance with the submission of LHKPN from the Provincial DPRD. Because in our opinion, the Provincial DPRD has almost no technical obstacles, it's just a commitment," said Pahala.

The level of compliance with the Provincial DPRD reporting LHKPN in total reached 86 percent. However, this score is down from 2019, which at that time got a perfect score of 100 percent.
