VIDEO: Viral KPI Employees Are Bullied, Watch Psychologist's Explanation

JAKARTA - The act of bullying and sexual harassment allegedly experienced by employees in the KPI work environment is being discussed widely. This act of bullying also opened a fairly long discussion because there are still many out there who experience it.

To VOI, criminologist Budi Luhur Lucky Nurhadiyanto explained that there are 4 types of bullies.

Five reported non-active employees of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) with the initials RM, FP, RE, EO, and CL were reportedly summoned by the Central Jakarta Metro Police for cases of alleged sexual harassment and bullying of MS.

The summons of the reported party also entered a new chapter of the case experienced by MS. Tegar Putuhena as the attorney for the two reported came to the Central Jakarta Police Headquarters. According to him, the reported party has been under investigation since Monday, September 6 this morning.

During the examination, he said, the police were still investigating the incident in 2015.

"So far, what we have found is that there is no incident, the 2015 incident which was alleged to have gone viral, does not exist, is not supported by any evidence," he told reporters at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Monday 6 September.

He said, the only source that was used as a reference was only information or releases that were spread on social media.

"As a result of the spread of the release, our client's personal identity was also spread. What happened was cyber bullying both to our clients and their families and children. And that was outrageous in our opinion. We are thinking and will seriously consider making a back-report against the complainant," he said. .

Meanwhile, Anton, another lawyer for the reported party, said that the reports made on the 2015 and 2017 incidents could not be proven.
