JAKARTA - The DKI Provincial Government has imposed a suspension of business license on Holywings Kemang for violating health protocols repeatedly. In Jakarta, Holywings Kemang became the first place of business to be sanctioned during the pandemic.

"This permit freeze is the first time," said Jakarta Satpol PP Head Arifin at DKI City Hall, Central Jakarta, Monday, September 6.

Arifin asked all business activity managers to take lessons from the Holywings sanction, which is located on Jalan Bangka Raya, Mampang Prapatan District, South Jakarta.

In addition, Arifin also asked the public to participate in supervising the surrounding business premises for compliance with regulations during PPKM. Because, he admits that it is impossible for his staff to monitor all places at the same time.

"We will not be able to reach all of them because of how many restaurants and others. We also not only supervise the business sector, but also offices, markets, we carry out surveillance," said Arifin.

"That's why we ask all people to remind each other. If there are violations related to the health process, report them through the JAKI application," he continued.

For information, this evening the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP visited Holywings Kemang, South Jakarta to impose sanctions on the suspension of business licenses. This sanction was applied because Holywings Kemang allowed crowds of customers, violated the maximum capacity of 25 percent, and operated after 21.00 WIB.

With the suspension of permits, Holywings Kemang is prohibited from operating until the PPKM period in Jakarta ends. Meanwhile, the government will continue to implement PPKM during the COVID-19 pandemic.
