In the previous indictment, Public Prosecutor Julita explained that the murder case began on Saturday, February 13, 2021. The two victims came to the Belawan Harbor Police Station to inquire about the victim's belongings to the defendant, who was currently carrying out his duty on guard duty.
"The defendant also told the victim Riska 'if you want me to find it, here's your cellphone number, I'll let you know later'. The victim also gave her cellphone number," said Public Prosecutor Julita in the virtual trial.
In the evening, the prosecutor continued, the defendant who was interested in the victim Riska contacted the victim to meet with the reason to discuss the issue of the victim's deposit. The victim refused, but the defendant, who was already interested and tempted by the victim's appearance, made a plan.

With all persuasion, the two victims finally agreed to be invited into the defendant's car.
"After exiting the Cemara Asri toll gate, the defendant drove the car towards Jalan Cemara Asri and turned towards Jalan Haji Anif, to be precise on the left side of a Bintang Sejati Tehnik shop not far from the Miyana hotel on Jalan Haji Anif Number 28, Percut Sei Tuan District. , with the three of them still in the defendant's car. The defendant told the victim Riska "we'll take your money and cellphone later", the victim R answered "don't do that, sir", and the defendant said "Yes, be patient," said the public prosecutor in charges of imitating the victim's words.

The defendant then took the two victims to a hotel on Jalan Jamin Ginting. There the defendant took the two women captive.
"The defendant initially wanted to rape the victim Riska, but because the victim was menstruating, the defendant vented his depraved desire to the victim Cinta, who was still 13 years old," explained the Public Prosecutor.
The defendant then threatened the victim not to tell about this incident. The defendant then took the two women to his house in the Jalan Marelan area.
"The defendant also threatened his wife with a knife when he was about to bring the two women who were tied up into the house. He said they were both caught with drugs," explained the public prosecutor.
The two women who had been tied up and taped were then held in the back room by the defendant. After carrying out the action, the defendant returned to the Belawan Harbor Police for picket duty.
The next day, Sunday, February 21, the defendant, who had just finished his picket at the Belawan Harbor Police, returned home. When he saw the room where the two women were being held, the defendant was surprised that the two poor women did not move.
