There Is A Woman's Body At The Cilandak Area Hotel, The Police: The Discovery Of A Corpse, Not A Murder Victim
JAKARTA - The body of a woman who was found dead in a hotel on Jalan Abdul Majid Raya, South Cipete, Cilandak, South Jakarta has been evacuated. One member of the South Jakarta Metro Police said the identity of the woman's body was not yet known.
South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Commissioner of Police, Azis Andrianysah, at the scene, said the body was suspected of being a murder victim.
"Yes, it is true that a body was found which is suspected to be a murder victim," said Kombes Azis Andriansyah to reporters, Saturday, September 4 evening.
According to Azis, his party is still conducting further investigations to determine the cause of the incident.
"Currently the status is still presumption. While it is still called the discovery of a corpse. Later we will do the TKP (scene)," he said.
The first step to determine the cause of the woman's death, said Azis, was that her body had been taken to the hospital for an autopsy.
"The woman's body will be autopsied to determine the cause of death," he said.
Azis added that his party received a report from the hotel staff at around 14.00 WIB. Then at 16.00 WIB the Police officers went to the location to conduct an inspection at the scene.
