Netizens Called Overweight When Playing In The Brazil Vs Chile Match, Neymar Gave A Satirical Answer: My Shirt Is Size L

JAKARTA - Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar was made fun of by netizens after his photos circulated on social media. In the photo, the Brazilian striker looks overweight while on vacation.

The 29-year-old forward found himself again receiving criticism after Brazil's clash with Chile in the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers.

But this time Neymar stayed silent. Moments after the match, he took to social media to message his critics.

"The shirt (which I wore against Chile) is (size) L," Neymar wrote on Instagram.

"I have reached my ideal weight. In the next match I will ask for a size 'M'."

Brazil itself narrowly won 1-0 over Chile. They will face Argentina in the CONMEBOL 2022 World Cup Qualifiers on Sunday.

The Samba team are confident after winning their first seven matches of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers for the first time. The five-time world champion has 21 points, or six more than second-placed Argentina.
