For this reason, he asked officials to seek references from other regencies and cities in Indonesia that have succeeded in innovating in providing the best service to the community, even from abroad.

“At least every two weeks or once a month, I ask you to summarize references from five regencies and cities in Indonesia and abroad. This is important so that we can look for innovation, we can follow the example of the city that has provided the best service. To get that reference, we don't need to visit the city directly, use existing technology so that it can be used as a summary for the welfare of the community, "said Bobby Nasution.
