The provision of refills is provided free of charge for parties in need, it can be government agencies, the private sector, or the public.

"The distribution of oxygen cylinders begins today, September 3, 2021, and the plan is not yet certain how long it will take because it is in accordance with the needs or conditions in Bali itself," he said.
Jan Riounald said that until today there have been four fillings, and there have also been several fillings from hospitals in the Bali area.
"The background is because looking at the current conditions in Bali, the government has also not been able to meet the oxygen needs. So we want to take part in providing services so that people can get free oxygen," he said.
