Now! Ahok's Son Denies Persecution

JAKARTA - Nicholas Sean, Ahok's son, apparently denied any mistreatment as reported by a number of media for Ayu Thalia's accusations. Ahmad Ramzy as Sean's attorney said that his client had never pushed Ayu Thalia from the car.

"Obviously Sean never felt like what he was accused of. What was done was this woman, Ayu Thalia, jumped out of the car when the car stopped," Ahmad told the media crew, Tuesday, August 31.

Sean, said Ahmad Ramzy, did not have a special relationship with Ayu Thalia even though he knew her. Therefore, Sean's side will coordinate with the Penjaringan Police regarding the report. Including the evidence of the alleged incident against Nicholas Sean.

"What is clear is that Sean knows and has never done that," he added.

Ramzy also said that Ayu was suspected of being in social assistance or social climbing. Still said Ramzy, his client was determined to resolve this case. If proven not true, then he will report back to Ayu Thalia.

"If it is declared unproven and the investigation is terminated (SP3), we will be able to try to go there (report)," said Ahmad.

Sean's side admitted that they were still studying Ayu Thalia's motivation. Ahmad admitted that he was surprised by the woman's treatment of his client.
