Arriving At The KPK, The Regent Of Probolinggo And His Husband, Hasan Aminuddin, Who Were Caught In The OTT, Kept Silent

JAKARTA - Probolinggo Regent Puput Tantriana Sari and her husband who is also a member of the NasDem faction DPR Hasan Aminuddin remained silent when they arrived at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

The Regent of Probolinggo and other entourage including her husband, Hasan Aminuddin, arrived at around 17.05 WIB. Puput is seen wearing a red jacket while Hasan is wearing a white jacket.

The entire group who were caught in the arrest operation (OTT) by the KPK investigators remained silent and chose to go straight into the building to undergo further investigation.

Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, said that all parties detained in Probolinggo Regency, East Java will be investigated further.

"We will inform you of the progress after the team has completed their inquiries and concluded the results of the catching activity," he told reporters, Monday, August 30.

Previously reported, KPK Chair Firli Bahuri asked the public to be patient regarding the disclosure of alleged corruption that started from OTT in Probolinggo, East Java. The former deputy for prosecution of the Corruption Eradication Commission stated that investigators are still working.

"Please give us time to work. In due course, the KPK will provide a complete explanation after the collection of information and evidence has been completed," Firli told reporters, Monday, August 30.

According to him, currently the Director of Investigation of the KPK and the task force team are still working to investigate the alleged riot. Firli emphasized that his subordinates worked based on the adequacy of evidence.

"We work based on evidence and it is with that evidence to light up a criminal incident and find a suspect," he said.
