It is known that the payment of public roadside parking fees in the Kesawan Medan area uses the non-cash method.
"I don't need money, I need a scan (barcode)," said the Dishub officer in the video seen on Monday, August 30.
Meanwhile, the car driver was not happy with the Dishub officer. Spontaneously he was angry and had issued a harsh curse.
"You're a little polite, you have manners, don't you hit people's cars, that's not how you do it," he said.
Separately, the Head of the Medan Transportation Service, Iswar Lubis, who confirmed the incident confirmed the incident. According to him, the jukir had been called to provide clarification and explain the problems that occurred.
Iswar explained that what the members did was in accordance with the SOP.
"Members have followed the SOP. He asked for a barcode, there you can see the chronology. He cursed, threw money on the street. My member said I don't need your money, I need a barcode, maybe I can become a member. It's dirty, right," he explained when confirmed, Monday, August 30.
He said the problem started when his subordinates asked for a parking barcode.
"First, he knocked with his finger, because the (driver) had already gasped first, wanted to go. Knocked with his finger. (But) Keep going, because he is already walking, he can get a rear window, knock," he said.
Regarding the video of its members hitting the car window, according to him, it happened because the members got carried away by getting cursed at by the car driver.
