Deputy Governor Of DKI Affirms Substitution Of Jakpro Managing Director Will Not Disturb Formula E
JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria emphasized that the replacement of the President Director (Director) of PT Jakarta Propertindo (japr (Perseroda) will not interfere with the implementation of the Formula E electric car race.
"No, God willing, there will be no problems. Construction will continue, Formula E activities will continue," Riza said at the Jakarta City Hall, quoted by Antara, Friday, August 27.
Riza explained that all activities within the DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) will continue even though the company is now led by Widi Amanasto who replaces Dwi Wahyu Daryoto.
Riza also emphasized that all projects carried out by Jakpro will take place and in accordance with applicable regulations even with a new captain.
"So, the change of one leader is a normal thing, for refreshment and others, nothing extraordinary," he said.
PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) or Jakpro received the new composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners on Thursday, August 26, which was the result of the decision of the shareholders the day before.
In the new arrangement, PT Jakpro is now led by Telkom Property Business Director Widi Amanasto, replacing Dwi Wahyu Daryoto who has served as President Director since mid-2018.
Then the shareholders also appointed Gunung Kartiko as Jakpro's Director of Business Development replacing Moh. Hanief Arie Setianto, who has served since the end of 2018. Previously, Gunung Kartiko was the President Director of PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo.
In addition, there is also a change in the structure of the Jakpro Commissioners.
The shareholders appointed the Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Muhammad Hudori as the new Jakpro commissioner to replace Hadi Prabowo.
