3 European Clubs Interested In Recruiting Egy Maulana Vikri If Lechia Gdansk Is Released
JAKARTA - Egy Maulana Vikri's time with Lechia Gdansk seems to be coming to an end. There are rumors that this talented Indonesian player will soon be released to another club.
This issue was blown on the Twitter account @jeziorosportu. In his tweet, there are three European clubs interested in signing the player who will turn 20 years old on 7 July. The price is fantastic.
The three clubs are Gornik Zabrze and Warta Poznan (Poland), and Slovan Brastislava (Slovakia). The selling value of the player is believed to have reached 300 thousand euros, equivalent to IDR 4.6 billion.
"Lechia is likely to sell him (Egy Maulana) in the summer for 300 thousand euros. Gornik Zabrze, Warta Poznan and Slovan Bratislava are showing interest," said Jezioro Sportu.

Egy Maulana's contract with Lechia has one year left. In his contract, Lechia has the option to extend the contact for two years. However, the Polish club seems more interested in releasing the player.
Since joining Lechia in March 2018, Egy Maulana has only appeared in the first team four times. Even then only as a substitute. In total, he only played 55 minutes with Lechia.
Slovan Bratislava can be an interesting club for Egy Maulana. The reason is, the Slovak club will play in the Champions League next season. Of course, a good chance if the Indonesian national team player joins there.
Jezioro Sportu admitted that Slovan's interest is not a figment. They claimed to have received valid information from Slovakia after someone questioned this news.
But there, the opportunity for Egy Maulana to play in the first team is believed to be very small. It is different if the player chooses Warta Poznan, who is now appearing in the second division of the Polish League.
Meanwhile, some netizens actually suggested Egy Maulana Vikri to return to work in Indonesia. The name Bali United is said to be suitable for the former SKO Ragunan player.
