Testifying In Court, South Sulawesi Acting Governor Admits He Never Knows Nurdin Abdullah's Intervention In The Project
MAKASSAR - Acting Governor of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Andi Sudirman Sulaiman admitted that he had never heard of Nurdin Abdullah (NA)'s intervention in the process of winning the tender which he presented in court.
This was conveyed after Nurdin Abdullah's attorney read the Minutes of Examination (BAP) of Andi Sudirman Sulaiman before the panel of judges, at the Makassar District Court (PN), Thursday, August 26.
"Regarding your BAP (Andi Sudirman Sulaiman) number 12. That you as Deputy Governor have never received information from BPJ (Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services). Nor have you heard of Nurdin Abdullah's intervention to BPJ," said Nurdin Abdullah's attorney, reading out the contents of the BAP. quoted between.
The Acting Governor of South Sulawesi later confirmed the statement. "As part of the supervision team, I have never heard of any intervention from NA on tenders at the South Sulawesi Provincial Government," said Andi Sudirman Sulaiman.
The tender process within the South Sulawesi Provincial Government is said to be transparent and accessible to all participants through the LPSE. Including all requirements that must be met by the contractor.
"Yes, it is true that there is no intervention, all through a transparent process," said the Acting Governor of South Sulawesi.
Nurdin Abdullah's attorney again read out the contents of the BAP from Andi Sudirman Sulaima, confirming that there was no specific direction from the NA regarding the placement of ASN at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services (BPJ).
"There has never been a NA directive for special placements at BPJ. This means that everyone there is capable because it goes through the process," answered Andi Sudirman Sulaiman.
The trial of the inactive South Sulawesi Governor Prof HM Nurdin Abdullah has entered its sixth week. Besides Acting Governor Andi Sudirman Sulaiman, other witnesses were also presented, namely Prof. Rudy Djamaluddin, Jumras, Syamsul Bahri, and Eddy Jaya Putera.
Meanwhile, Nurdin Abdullah's attorney was attended directly by Arman Hanis and six other members.
