VIDEO: KPK Saves Potential State Losses Of IDR 22.7 Trillion
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Alexander Marwata revealed the performance of the results of supervision carried out together with local governments in saving potential state losses.
Alexander mentioned the potential state loss of IDR 22.7 trillion in the first half of 2021. This was conveyed by Alexander during an online press conference on Tuesday, August 24.
The potential state losses that the KPK managed to save came from the collection of regional tax receivables and the rescue of regional assets.
In addition, the KPK also carried out 77 investigations, 35 investigations, 53 prosecutions and 35 executions of cases in the first semester of 2021. From the cases at the investigation level, the KPK determined 32 people as suspects out of 35 sprindiks that had been published.
