Warner Bros. And Christopher Nolan Delay Tenet Launch

JAKARTA - Indeed, no one can predict Christopher Nolan's behavior. The confidence in leading Tenet's film to become the first film to return to theaters has also collapsed. Thursday, June 25th, Warner Bros. as the production house announced the retirement of Tenet for the second time.

The COVID-19 pandemic is still the main reason why the production house is not sure if Tenet can return to normal. The tenet, which is scheduled to air on July 17, will change to August 31.

Even though the situation has started to run normally, there are no signs of a decline in corona virus cases in the United States (US) to date. The cinema has become rethinking if it wants to open a business. In fact, cases in the US are increasing.

If it opens in the near future, cinemas will have to implement regulations in their business, both in terms of social restrictions and lack of interaction. Then it also allows the slow number of viewers to be high in a short time.

Through the caption, Warner Bros. will bring Tenet to theaters when theaters and health departments signal the right time. However, in the meantime, Tenet will be pushed back one month from the given schedule.

Several cinema companies such as AMC Entertainment plans to open theaters in July but the US health authorities have not answered this.

Predicted to spend a lot of money, Tenet is a high-budget film that is expected to lure people back to the cinema. Besides, the film is competing with Mulan, which is scheduled to air on July 24.

Tenet is a film directed by Christopher Nolan, starring John David Washington and Robert Pattinson. This film is the hope of Warner Bros. after releasing the Trolls World Tour digitally.
