Bali Tourism Office Agrees If Tourists Must Show Vaccination Letters To Enter Tourist Attractions
DENPASAR - A number of regions in Indonesia have policies for tourists to show a vaccine certificate when entering a tourist attraction.
Meanwhile for Bali, the policy is not yet in effect because tourism objects are still closed. However, the Head of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office, I Putu Astawa agreed that the policy was also implemented in Bali to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
"In that case, we will follow the central decision. If we agree, whenever it is enforced, we will participate. Yes, we agree", said Astawa, when contacted, Monday, August 23.

But according to him, currently, there is a rule to enter Bali, it is mandatory to show a vaccine certificate or vaccine card for Domestic Travelers (PPDN). It is already very good.
"Now there is a policy like that. Every traveler who enters Bali has a vaccine card as a condition of travel. That's good, to avoid new exposure, if people who have been vaccinated have immunity. So I really agree if a referral is used for tourists", said Astawa.
