Those Of You Who Want To Know The Nearest COVID-19 Vaccination Location, Can Check Here
JAKARTA - The government is committed to continuing to accelerate vaccination in Indonesia to overcome the pandemic, including facilitating access to information for the public regarding vaccinations through s.id/infovacsin, an online platform that provides complete information on COVID-19 vaccinations.
"s.id/infovaccin is not a new application, but a platform that connects various applications related to the handling of COVID-19 and Indonesia's economic recovery. Apart from making it easier for the public to get various information on one platform, the information and data in it are guaranteed to be reliable because everything is sourced from the authorized institution," said Minister of Communications and Information, Johnny G Plate.
The Minister of Communication and Information conveyed that through this platform, the public can search for the nearest vaccination location, whether it is held periodically, or held by health facilities (health care facilities) while still vaccinating.
The public only needs to go to the page, select the 'Vaccination Health Facility Location' menu, then select the province and district according to the available options. A list of vaccination locations will appear once we press the 'Search Now' option.
Launching Antara, Friday, August 20, in addition to general information such as address, telephone, operating hours, and how to register, the public can also find data related to the category and availability of vaccine doses. This feature is also connected to a digital map, making it easier for the public to visit the location in question.
Johnny said actual information about the nearest vaccination location and vaccine stock like this is really needed by the community. Digital technology really allows flexibility in accessing comprehensive information about it, so that people no longer need to feel confused about getting correct information about vaccines at the nearest location.
"This platform is also expected to help officials and officers to answer questions from citizens about matters related to COVID-19 vaccination," he said.
On the s.id/infovacsin platform, information and data on the 'Vaccination Health Facilities Location' feature is sourced from the crowdsourced data service (crowdsource) https://vaksinasi.id/ and the KPCPN Control Tower. Meanwhile, the 'Vaccine Stock Availability' link is a new feature added and uses sources from the Ministry of Health website at https://vacsin.kemkes.go.id/#/allocation_vaksin.
The Ministry of Health website contains actual data on vaccine stock availability and is updated every day at 17.00 WIB. The dashboard contains vaccine availability figures, including receipts that have been submitted at the district or city level.
Various educational materials related to COVID-19, such as explanations about AEFI, vaccines, the latest news, as well as links to connect to the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Q&A can also be accessed on the platform.
Minister Johnny added that no less important is the feature to check and prove hoaxes. The public can verify for themselves the validity of the information or news they receive through the search engine available in the feature.
Meanwhile, the spokesman for the Ministry of Health's vaccination, dr. Siti Nadia Tarmizi, stated that currently the Ministry of Health's vaccine dashboard has been updated to make it easier for users to monitor the estimated availability of vaccine stocks and update data on the number of vaccines by region, with the smallest units being districts/cities.
In addition to the location search feature and vaccine stock, through the media s.id/infovacsin, the public can access information related to the availability of inpatient rooms, the latest information on isoman and telemedicine services, data and the Indonesian COVID-19 situation, as well as the availability of therapeutic drug stocks at the nearest pharmacy.
