After Being Reprimanded By Mr. RW, 10 Drunk Youths Took A Knife And Then Attacked The Residents

MAJALENGKA – Not happy to be reprimanded, 10 youths in Majalengka attacked four village officials with sharp weapons (sajams). The attack took place in Gandasari Village, Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency. As a result, the victim suffered stab wounds in several bodies.

It is known that the four victims consisted of two village officials, one RW and one local resident. Based on the residents' reports, the police managed to apprehend two of the ten perpetrators of the beating.

The incident began when village officials and residents reprimanded the youths during a drinking party in the courtyard of the boarding house, Gandasari Village, Kasokandel District, Majalengka Regency.

"We have arrested two suspects, namely AR and RM," said Majalengka Police Chief AKBP Edwin Affandi as quoted by Antara.

While the other eight perpetrators who carried out the beating managed to escape and are still being chased.

"The incident began when the victim reprimanded the perpetrator who was having a drinking party," he said.

Not accepting the reprimand, said Edwin, the perpetrators ganged up on the victim using sharp weapons and also with their bare hands.

As a result of the beating, one of the victims suffered a stab wound to the head and a stab wound to the abdomen.

While the other three victims suffered bruising to the head and abdomen, as a result of the incident the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.
