Free, Thousands Of Non-PNS Teachers In Aceh Get PDP Selection Briefing

JAKARTA - A total of 7,351 non-civil servant (PNS) teachers in Aceh Province were given briefing to participate in the selection of government employees with a work agreement (PPPK) for 2021 admissions in Aceh Government work units.

The Acting Head of GTK Development at the Aceh Education Office (Disdik) Muksalmina said the thousands of non-PNS teachers who were provided with the provisions were teachers from the SMA, SMK and SLB levels spread over 266 classes in all districts/cities in the Tanah Rencong area.

"The participants who take part in this training are free of charge or free," he said in Banda Aceh, as reported by Antara, Thursday, August 19.

He explained that the debriefing training for non-PNS teachers in facing the PPPK selection took place from August 18 to 22, 2021.

The training is independent. Disdik Aceh prepared as many as 266 tutors from 12 subjects. The tutors had previously been briefed at the provincial level, including providing them with modules and problem grids.

Then, the tutors are returned to their respective schools to open classes independently and accept non-PNS teachers who want to prepare themselves to take part in the PPPK selection.

"So we can say that this is the largest training we have ever conducted for non-PNS teachers at the SMA, SMK and SLB levels spread across 23 regencies/cities," he said. He added that each school principal in collaboration with Aceh Disdik branch heads in all regions has also prepared training places, such as classrooms and computer rooms, while Aceh Disdik provides resource persons during the training.

“So the participants just have to come to the training location according to their respective subjects. We do all of this to help our non-PNS teachers pass the PPPK selection later in accordance with the direction of the Aceh Governor," he said.

Data from the 2021 SSCASN, Muksalmina said the number of participants who had registered to take part in the selection of first aid teachers in the westernmost province of Indonesia reached 9,595 people.

Muksalmina added that all of the participants will compete fiercely for 5,218. quota to be received.

"So we hope that this integrated and independent training can open up greater opportunities for our best teachers to be able to pass the first stage of the PPPK selection," he said.
