Find A BO Woman On MiChat, A Masher Takes Treasure And Kills A Dating Friend To Pay Off Debt

LAMPUNG – The disclosure of the murder of a woman in Kedaton Village, Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency is relatively fast. The South Lampung Police took only 24 hours to arrest the perpetrators of the murder.

The Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Police, Kombes Pol. Zahwani Pandra Arsyad, said that the victim with the initials NA (31) was killed by her date, RS (25). The suspect had prepared a sharp weapon to kill the victim.

"Disclosure of this case takes no more than 24 hours. The perpetrator has the initials RS (25) having his address at Jabung Timur, Lampung. The victim died with a sharp weapon slashed in the neck," said Zahwani Pandra Arsyad as quoted from the Police TV broadcast, Thursday, August 19.

Pandra explained that this murder case began when the perpetrator communicated with the MiChat application with the victim, who was known to receive online prostitution services (BO).

"The suspect is in debt and has the intention of committing theft. In addition to killing the victim, the perpetrator took the victim's motorbike and two cellphones," he said.

For his actions, the suspect will be subject to Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code regarding theft with violence that causes the loss of another person's life. In addition, the suspect was also charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder.

"The threat of punishment is a maximum imprisonment of 15 years in prison," he said.
