Having Panic Disorder, TWICE's Jeongyeon Vacuums Again

JAKARTA - TWICE's Jeongyeon has been declared vacant again regarding her health problems. Wednesday, August 18, the JYP Entertainment agency uploaded an official statement through TWICE's social media. They mentioned that Jeongyeon will not participate in the group's activities in the future.

“Jeongyeon is experiencing panic and anxiety disorders. Although Jeongyeon is continuing her schedule while recovering, we prioritize the health of our artist as an important issue," JYP Entertainment said in a statement.

After discussing with the medical staff, Jeongyeon will rest for a while. JYP has also spoken with other TWICE members about Jeongyeon's condition.

"As the label artist, we will provide the best procedure for Jeongyeon to recover with sufficient time. We ask for your love and support for Jeongyeon's recovery."

Jeongyeon just re-joined the group's promotions this year after a hiatus since October last year due to the same conditions. He joined TWICE's promotional series for the song Alcohol Free last June.

Meanwhile, TWICE will release their first English song titled The Feels in September.
