JCI Dropped To 4,800s
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed lower on Tuesday, June 23 trading. JCI closed down 0.49 percent or 24.24 points to the level of 4,894.59.
Closing the trade, 142 stocks rose, 257 stocks fell, and 163 stocks remained unchanged. Trading volume was 8.10 billion shares and was transacted at IDR 6.45 trillion.
The benchmark index also weakened. The LQ45 index fell 0.91 percent, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) fell 1.35 percent, and the IDX30 fell 0.99 percent. Foreign investors made net sales of IDR 220.32 billion.
This afternoon, stocks that were among the top gainers, including PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (WIIM) which rose 18.83 percent to IDR183, PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) which gained 7.84 percent to IDR1,100 , and PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk (WOOD) which strengthened to Rp388.
While stocks that are in the top losers ranks, including PT Andalan Sakti Primaindo Tbk (ASPI) which weakened 6.80 percent to Rp384, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) which fell 6.52 percent to Rp645, and PT Summarecon Agung. Tbk (SMRA) which weakened 5.30 percent to Rp625.
