Bobby Nasution Reminds Medan Residents Who Participate In The August 17 Competition To Obey Prokes

MEDAN - The Medan City Government (Pemko) reminded the local community to adhere to the health protocols (prokes) in various competitions to celebrate the 76th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.

"If people want to organize an activity or some kind of competition to celebrate the anniversary of independence, they must continue to follow the prokes. And that should not be forgotten," said Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution as quoted by Antara, Monday, August 16.

Bobby Nasution emphasized that the Dirgahayu of Indonesian Independence on August 17, 2021 did not abort the level 4 Community Activity Restriction (PPKM).

All activities, continued Bobby Nasution, especially residents of the city of Medan must be based on health protocols, including competitions to celebrate the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day.

"Even in carrying out various daily activities, such as the economy, teaching and learning, all must comply with health protocols," he said.

Bobby Nasution said compliance and discipline in carrying out health protocols became the spirit of the 76th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.

"This is our spirit also on the 76th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The spirit to make the whole community healthy, to nourish ourselves, to nourish the family by following health protocols," explained the Mayor of Medan.
