Where Nus Kei Was When John Kei's Group In Action
JAKARTA - The whereabouts of Nus Kei during the attack on her house by John Kei's group had become a mystery. This is because Nus Kei, who is also John Kei's brother, is not at home.
Based on information, Nus Kei was not home at the time of the attack. He was outside the house to the location of the incident where his men, Yustus Corwing Rahakbau, were attacked by John Kei's group, to be precise at the ABC junction, precisely on Jalan Kresek Raya, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
"From the examination, he said that when his house was damaged he was on his way to the location of the attack," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, Monday, June 22.
After arriving at the location, Nus Kei found that her subordinate was seriously injured and immediately took her to the hospital. However, in the end, Justus's life was not saved. After being in the hospital, he just got the news that his house was attacked.
"He only knew that his house was damaged after contacting his wife," said Yusri.
He said that Yustus and Nus Kei were indeed targets of attack. However, the only victim who died was Justus. Meanwhile, Nus Kei survived.
This was revealed because the police found evidence of a conversation between John Kei and his men. During the communication, John Kei ordered his men to kill Nus Kei.
"There is an order from John Kei to his members, an indicator of the evil consensus of planning the murder of Nus Kei," he said.
In the assault case that led to death, John Kei is suspected of being the mastermind of the crime. Because, from the results of the interim examination, evidence was found that John Kei ordered his men to kill Nus Kei, but Yustus Corwing Rahakbau (YDR) was killed.
The economy became the trigger for the beating by John Kei's group that killed one person. "So this is actually a personal matter but based on the absence of a solution they threaten each other through cellphones, this is after we check the cellphones of these perpetrators," he said.
For this incident, the Jakarta Metro Police Joint Team then arrested John Kei and 29 members of his group.
In this case, Polda Metro Jaya investigators have also named John Kei and 29 members of his group as suspects.
The articles imposed on these suspects are Article 88 related to criminal conspiracy, Article 340 regarding premeditated murder, Article 351 concerning persecution, Article 170 and Emergency Law No. 12 of 51.
The evidence that was also confiscated by the officers included 28 spears, 24 sharp weapons, 2 arrows, 3 arrows, 2 baseball sticks, and 17 cellphones.
