Property Company Owned By Ciputra Conglomerate Raises Revenue Of IDR 4.02 Trillion And Profit Of IDR 483 Billion In Semester I 2021

JAKARTA - Property developer, PT Ciputra Development Tbk achieved positive performance in the first six months of this year. The company with the stock code CTRA was able to reap revenue and net profit growth in the first semester of 2021.

In CTRA's financial report published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted Monday, August 16, the company owned by the late Ciputra conglomerate posted revenue of Rp. 4.02 trillion, up 43.35 percent compared to the same period last year of Rp. 2.80 trillion.

The company's net profit also rose 185.23 percent to Rp483.47 billion in the first semester of 2021 from the position of Rp169.50 billion in the first semester of 2020.

Judging from the contributors, revenue from sales still dominates with the subtotal increasing 49.76 percent on an annual basis to Rp 3.19 trillion.

In it, there were sales of residential homes and shop houses which rose 32.05 percent to Rp.2.04 trillion, sales of offices rose 90.48 percent to Rp.548.98 billion, sales of plots rose 12.09 percent to Rp.301.42 billion, and sales of apartments. which skyrocketed by 990.54 percent to Rp298.81 billion.

Furthermore, the company's recurring income in total also increased 23.06 percent to Rp.828.81 billion. In it there is an increase in hospital income which rose 146.13 percent to Rp368.44 billion.

Meanwhile, hotel, office rental and golf course revenues have also been observed to increase. However, revenue from commercial centers still fell 23.33 percent to Rp. 212.01 billion along with other income which decreased by 69.92 percent to Rp. 4.74 billion.

CTRA's total assets until the end of June 2021 were observed to have increased by 2.82 percent since the beginning of the year to Rp40.36 trillion. Liabilities increased 1.34 percent to Rp22.27 trillion and equity increased 2.82 percent to Rp18.09 trillion.
