K-pop Group Fromis_9 Is Now An Agency With SEVENTEEN

JAKARTA - K-pop group fromis_9 has officially joined the PLEDIS Entertainment agency.

Today, Monday, August 16, PLEDIS released an official statement that was shared through the group's social media.

All members of fromis_9 namely Lee Saerom, Song Hayoung, Jang Gyuri, Park Jiwon, Roh Jisun, Lee Seoyeon, Lee Chaeyoung, Lee Nagyung, and Baek Jiheon are confirmed to have left Off the Record Entertainment.

"The company, artist, and PLEDIS Entertainment held discussions about the group's future career and potential for growth, the decision was to transfer fromis_9's management to PLEDIS Entertainment," the agency said in a statement.

Together with his new agency, fromis_9 will present music releases and other activities under PLEDIS.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to be a part of fromis_9. We will strive for fromis_9 to continue to develop in all activities and develop potential as an artist."

Fromis_9 is the group that won the Idol School competition on Mnet in 2017. After being managed by Stone Music and Off the Record, this group joined PLEDIS which is home to NU'EST and SEVENTEEN.

This year, fromis_9 released a new single album with the main track titled WE GO.
