Anies' Promise: No Longer Complicating Procedures At Home With Phase Two DP 0 Rupiah
JAKARTA - The Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan carried out the groundbreaking or groundbreaking of the 0 rupiah DP Residence Nuansa Cilangkap on Jalan Raya Cillangkap, East Jakarta.
The Cilangkap area was the second location for the placement of the 0 Rupiah DP housing area. Previously, the DKI Provincial Government established housing in the Pondok Kelapa area, East Jakarta, under the name Klapa Village.
To residents who attended this event, Anies promised that they would no longer complicate the requirements for housing ownership of 0 Rupiah DP for DKI residents. He asked DKI Bank to change the procedure for registering prospective home owners to become easier.
"We want some of the technical requirements to be revised, making it easier for people who want to move from a banking system without banking to a financing system that uses banks," said Anies at the location, Thursday, December 12.
From this promise, Anies admits that there are complex financing schemes in the part of the requirements for obtaining a House Acquisition Financing Facility (FPPR) or talanagan funds from Bank DKI.
Seeing the condition of the DP 0 Kelapa Village House with a total of 780 units, only about 225 units have been successfully owned by home owners or have passed the KPR contract process from Bank DKI. In fact, the registrants for prospective home owners reached more than 3000 people.
Meanwhile, currently only 85 units have been occupied. Some of those who had contracted had not yet lived because of various considerations. For example, the owner is still waiting for the deadline for his old rental to run out, or waiting for the beauty of the child's school.
"This is an example of a situation faced by people who are socially and economically low. They face various loan problems when they enter the formal banking system or the terms are not flexible," said Anies.

Anies targets the construction of the 0 Rupiah DP house to PD Sarana Jaya and PT. Totalindo for 18 months. He requested that the construction of the second phase of DP 0 Rupiah be made transparent and open so that it can be monitored by all parties.
"That way, those who work here know very well that the report is not only to Mr. Yoory [Managing Director of Sarana Jaya], but to the entire Jakarta community," said Anies.
Furthermore, the President Director of PD Sarana Jaya, Yoory C. Pinontoan said that the DP 0 Rupiah house in Cilangkap stands on 2.9 hectares of land. According to the plan, four towers will be built, with 24 floors per tower.
The number of units to be built is more than the 0 Rupiah DP House in Pondok Kelapa. In Cilangkap, the DKI Provincial Government has provided 850 residential units. The residence will have a type, namely a studio with a price range of IDR 200 million and two rooms with a price range of IDR 330 million.
The housing construction process will cost Rp. 200 billion. The budget is shared between PD Sarana Jaya and the private sector, namely PT Totalindo.
"The construction of Nuansa Cilangkap residential area not only has an impact in terms of visualization of development, but can also have a positive effect on the area from various aspects, such as economy, education, health, social, environmental, and residential safety," said Yoory.
