KPK Explores Allegations Of Land Procurement In Munjul For Houses DP Rp0 Anies Baswedan Program
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the reason why Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya bought land in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta.
It is suspected that the land was purchased for the Rp0 down payment (DP) house program which is the flagship program of the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan. The KPK is still confirming the allegation to a number of witnesses.
"We (we are) confirming to the witnesses regarding this matter. We are currently investigating it further," Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Ali Fikri told reporters, Thursday, August 12.
According to him, it is necessary to deepen the allotment for the purchase of land by the Saran Jaya Development Corporation, although the main focus is investigating allegations of corruption.
"The focus on the investigation of the land case in Munjul, however, cannot be separated from the background of the designation that needs to be explored further," he said.
As previously reported, the KPK investigators team on Tuesday, August 10, examined the 2019 BUMD Development Agency's daily executive (Plh) Riyadi as a witness in the alleged corruption case in land acquisition in Munjul for the 2019 Fiscal Year.
He was examined as a witness for the suspect Yoory Corneles who was the former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.
During the examination, investigators searched for Riyadi's knowledge of the mechanism for the Rp0 DP house program.
In this case, the anti-corruption commission has named four suspects in this case, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono. Alexander. In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.
This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.
As a result of this case, the state lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
