Google Announces The Most Popular Keywords Of 2019
JAKARTA - Every day, millions of people use Google's biggest search site to find out whatever they want to know. Not a few people also use this search engine to look for diseases from the symptoms they are experiencing. Now, Google has announced a number of the most searched keywords throughout 2019.
This full list of searches released by Google is divided into specific categories. For the most used keyword searches, India vs South Africa comes in first. The presence of the iPhone 11 also makes the device brand sit in fifth place.
Actor Jussie Smollett came in first with the most typed actor keywords this year. Smollett reported that he was attacked by two white men in early January this year, but until the end of the year, the case had yet to come to an end.
Then, there's Joaquin Phoenix. The 'Joker' who has won the public's attention sits in third place for his phenomenal role. In fourth place is actor Keanu Reeves who is successful thanks to John Wick Chapter 3 and his kameon in the film Always Be My Maybe.
Not only that, news of sorrow is also widely searched through Google. Among other things, the death of Nipsey Hussle - an American rapper and singer - who was shot repeatedly in front of his clothing store in March. There was also the death of Chanel's fashion line director, Karl Lagerfeld, who came in fourth. The influence he has left in the world of fashion clearly brings deep sorrow to his lovers.

Regarding the song that is most sought after, it is clear that the winner is Old Town Road from Lil Nas X. In second place there are 7 Rings from Ariana Grande followed by Shallow sung by Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. The sweet duet of Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello in Señorita also put them in fourth position. Finally, there is the Maroon 5 song titled Memories which was just released this year.
For the film category, there are five films that are the most sought after keywords, namely Avengers: Endgame, Joker, Captain Marvel, Toy Story 4, and Aquaman. As for the TV series, there are Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, Chernobyl, When They See Us, and Gerard Way's The Umbrella Academy.
