This Tower Company Owned By Conglomerates Edwin Soeryadjaya And Sandiaga Uno Wants To Issue IDR 1.2 Trillion Bonds

JAKARTA - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk is preparing a corporate action. The telecommunications tower issuer, coded as TBIG, will issue IDR 1.2 trillion bonds.

TBIG's latest bond issuance is part of the V Tower Bersama Infrastructure Sustainable Bonds with a total target of IDR 15 trillion. In the first phase of bond issuance in 2021, Tower Bersama only offers one series of bonds.

In an announcement by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), quoted on Thursday, August 12, the company owned by conglomerates Edwin Soeryadjaya and Sandiaga Uno is offering bonds with a tenor of 370 days or more than one year.

The bonds, which will mature on August 29, 2022, offer a fixed interest rate of 4.25 percent per year. The public offering period for Tower Bersama bonds will take place tomorrow on 12-13 August 2021.

TBIG will set the allotment on August 16. Distribution of bonds electronically on August 19, 2021. Tower Bersama will list bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on August 20, 2021.

The four underwriters appointed by TBIG in this action are CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, Indo Premier Sekuritas, and UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas.
