Zola And Beckham Become Assets Of Persib Bandung
JAKARTA - Persib Bandung has a squad that does not only rely on senior players. There are also several young players who are now included in the club's main team nicknamed Maung Bandung.
Two names of young players who have recently continued to be in the spotlight are Gian Zola and Beckham Putera. These two siblings are Persib's valuable assets even though they have not been relied on frequently.
Persib assistant coach, Budiman said, the two players have bright prospects. As long as they want to work hard, in two or three years, Zola and Beckham can become the idols of Maung Bandung.
"They are two young players and an asset for Persib,"

Budiman asked them to be more patient. Zola and Beckham were asked not to be discouraged even though coach Robert Alberts is still rarely played.
Instead, he asked them to feel very proud because they had penetrated the Persib main squad at a young age. Currently Zola is only 21 years old, while Beckham is even younger, which is 18 years.
"I hope they can be more patient, willing to compete and don't feel satisfied quickly," he said.
The same opinion was expressed by a former Persib player, Yaris Riyadi. He assessed that native West Java sons such as Zola and Beckham have the ability to compete with senior players or foreign players owned by Maung Bandung.
Yaris said that many players from West Java have good abilities. It will be seen if they are given the opportunity to play more often to show their abilities.
"I think they have quality," said Yaris.
Zola and Beckham are not only assets belonging to Persib Bandung. Both of them are also future players for the Indonesian national team. Even Beckham has the opportunity to defend the Indonesian national team at the U-20 World Cup in 2021.
