Waiting For Jerinx's Arrival To Jakarta As A Suspect

JAKARTA - Musician I Gede Aryastina alias Jerinx SID will undergo an investigation into the alleged threat of violence at Polda Metro Jaya. This time, Jerinx is being investigated as a suspect.

In this case, the status of Jerinx as a suspect is determined based on the title of the case. Investigators consider Jerinx to have violated the Article alleged in the case.

"He has been named a suspect as a result of the case," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus when confirmed by reporters, Saturday, August 7.

With the determination of the suspect, the investigators decided to examine Jerinx for the first time as a suspect. The examination is scheduled for Monday, August 9th.

"The call for an inspection is scheduled for Monday, August 9 at Polda Metro Jaya," said Yusri

However, the question is whether Jerinx will be present at the examination. Because, at the time of the previous summons Jerinx could not fulfill it.

In fact, to get his statement, investigators had to fly to Bali. At that time, Jerinx was questioned at the Badung Police.

Some of the reasons Jerinx could not fulfill the summons for an examination in Jakarta were being sick. However, what really matters is that Jerinx has not been vaccinated against COVID-19.

"From the start I told him (Jerinx) to the investigators he admitted he was sick, not healthy. He was not healthy, there were a few diseases that really couldn't be vaccinated," said Yusri

For that reason, Jerinx could not fulfill the requirements to travel to Jakarta. Until finally, investigators decided to investigate in Bali.

"Meanwhile, the flight requirements must have a vaccine certificate. The person concerned has not been vaccinated but we have carried out an examination as a witness," said Yusri

Meanwhile, Jeinx who has been named a suspect is suspected of being under Article 335 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 29 in conjunction with Article 45B of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 an amendment to Law of Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE.
