Only 5 Minutes, These 2 Thieves Break Into The Bicycle Shop In Cakung: Unlock The Padlock, Slide The Rolling Door And Take Action

JAKARTA - A group of specialist thieves has returned to visit a bicycle shop on Jalan Raya Bekasi, Cakung District, East Jakarta. The theft was caught on CCTV cameras at the scene.

In the short video, there are 2 perpetrators. The incident occurred around Friday, August 6 yesterday. Until now, the police are still investigating the theft based on CCTV footage.

According to Mirwan, the shop owner, based on CCTV footage that recorded the incident, the action took place around 06.00 WIB when the shop was closed.

"From the CCTV it can be seen that they came riding a motorbike and stopped in front of the shop. After that one perpetrator got off, they broke the rolling door lock," the victim told reporters, Sunday, August 8.

The perpetrators are suspected to be specialists in the theft of empty houses. They look agile in action, breaking the two locks attached to the rolling door and stealing immediately.

"The items taken were one laptop and one tablet which were near the storefront, the total loss was around Rp. 5 million. It happened quickly, in five minutes they had fled," said Mirwan.

Based on the crime record, this theft and weighting adds to the collection of cases on Jalan Raya Bekasi, Cakung District. Many cases of theft are still unsolved.

"The case has been reported to the Cakung Sector Police, hopefully the culprit can be caught," he concluded.
