Mass Vaccination, Pamulang District Targets 1700 People Per Day
TANGSEL – As a form of support for the central government's program in accelerating Herd Immunity, the South Tangerang City CSR Facilitation Team together with the National Police Headquarters and Bravo TUJF held mass vaccinations in the Pamulang and surrounding areas.
Head of the South Tangerang City CSR Facilitation Team, Liftah Hurustati, explained that the vaccination, which was held at the Pamulang Community Center, South Tangerang, was targeted to reach 2000 participants from the age of 12 years and over, from any residents in the Pamulang area.
"Our targets are unvaccinated residents who live and have businesses in Pamulang. We also record ID cards outside South Tangerang to secure residents who have not been vaccinated. The target participants for this vaccination are aged 12 and over. Our target is to reach 76 percent by August 17th.” said Liftah Hurustati to VOI, Sunday, August 8th.
Meanwhile, the Head of Pamulang Sub-district, Drs. H. Mukroni said that his party will continue to encourage this vaccination activity so that the targets achieved are realized.
“In the next 10 days we will mobilize the Pamulang community together with a number of elements to immediately vaccinate. We provide 2000 vaccines, with details of 1700 for the first day (Sunday 8 August) and 300 vaccines for the second day.” clear Mukroni in the same location.
Mukroni also said that vaccination activities in South Tangerang would also continue until the 76th Indonesian Independence Day.
"After here (Community Center) we will also hold vaccinations in each sub-district in South Tangerang with a target of 5 thousand vaccine participants throughout the city of South Tangerang." Mukroni explained.
This activity requires support from all parties so that the government's program in providing immunity runs quickly and suppresses the number of COVID-19 cases.
